What we look for

Established organisations across the mental healthcare chain

Our vision is a fully integrated mental healthcare group in the Netherlands. A group covering the entire chain: among others guidance and treatment, complex psychiatric and forensic care, and all adjacent domains. We look to acquire established organisations that strengthen this chain and share our standards for quality and culture.

  • Revenue between €5–€25m per year.
  • EBITDA exceeding €500K with a healthy double-digit margin.
  • Diversified revenue streams across funding frameworks.
  • Long-term contracted revenue (Wlz, Wmo, Zvw, DJI).
  • Proven clinical quality and operational excellence.
  • A healthy mix of employed staff and self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers).
  • A motivated owner who is happy to stay involved for a while, possibly in a different role.
  • Agile and easy to adjust to the demand for care.
  • Sufficient potential to scale up and team up with another organisation for maximum synergy.
  • Indicative purchase price of 2.5–4x EBITDA, depending on the organisation.
