Demand for mental healthcare in the Netherlands keeps growing, waiting lists are long, and provision is fragmented. At the same time, many established GGZ organisations face questions about succession, scale and the growing burden of administration.
Healthcare Venture was founded to acquire, strengthen and grow exactly these organisations. Step by step, through buy & build, we are building a connected group for ambulatory mental healthcare: guidance (begeleiding), treatment (behandeling) and forensic care for adults with complex psychiatric needs. The care, the teams and each organisation’s identity remain. We add what makes an organisation stronger: professional administration, quality systems, technology and financial stability.
