Our vision is a fully integrated mental healthcare group in the Netherlands, covering the full chain from guidance and treatment to complex psychiatric and forensic care. We look to acquire established organisations that strengthen this chain and share our standards for quality and culture.

  • Revenue between €5–€15m per year.
  • EBITDA exceeding €500K with a healthy double-digit margin.
  • Diversified revenue streams across funding frameworks.
  • Long-term contracted revenue (Wlz, Wmo, Zvw, DJI).
  • Proven clinical quality and operational excellence.
  • A healthy mixture of staff on payroll & ZZP'ers.
  • Motivated seller.
  • Easy to adjust to demand (agile).
  • Great potential to be scaled and merged with another entity to maximize synergy.
  • Estimated purchase price of 2.5–4x EBITDA, depending on the company.
